Should you have any question regarding klokers after-sales policy, returns, refund or exchange of your klokers® watch or accessories, watch battery replacement or repair request, please contact our client Service at clientcare@klokers.com. Do not forget to indicate your first and last names, address and phone number and the year/date you bought your Klokers
SInce 2014 there were several version of Klokers watches (current collection is V7).
After the two bankrupcies of the brand in 2020 and 2022, we cannot service the first versions of the watches as we do not have parts.
Also first watches were not thought to be repaired. We are sorry for that. .
If your request is about an order, please indicate
- Date et number of the order
- Name/reference of the product concerned
- Reason: return, exchange, …
IMPORTANT : For shipments of after-sales products from international zone (out of Europe)
When shipping, you must specify to the carrier that this is a TEMPORARY EXPORT FOR REPAIR.
If not, customs charges will apply: the Kinaook company cannot accept customs charges incurred when returning items, and the package will be returned to you.
We remain at your disposal for any question.
