klokers' products are delivered around the world, except for non secured countries. If you have any questions, please contact us at rachel@klokers.com.


DELIVERY TIME

Once successfully submitted, your order will be processed by our logistics partner the following working day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched by carrier.

Below is a summary table of estimated delivery times:

Please note that every delivery time is provided for information purposes only and may vary due to external factors that are beyond klokers and its carrier’s will. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.

These delivery times do not concern the products purchase on pre-order. The specific delivery time for those products is indicated in the product page. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and therefore are different for each country.

The shipping charges are indicated to the customer prior to the registration of the order and will be added to the price of selected product(s).

klokers does not collect any VAT, import duties and/or taxes on orders delivered outside the EU. These taxes will be collected by your local government.

For more information regarding additional fees levied by your local government, we suggest that you contact your local UPS office or local customs office.

Look for your tracking number in the “Order History” tab of your klokers account.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • Within 14 working days for EU countries.
  • Please note this service is not available for non-EU countries.
  • The return costs are at the customer’s expense.


EXCHANGE

  • Within 14 working days for EU countries.
  • Please note this service is not available for non-EU countries.
  • This service is available only for article having the same reference.
  • The return costs are at the customer’s expense. The new product will be shipped at klokers expense.

All products must be returned in a perfect condition, with the original packing material in order to proceed to an exchange.
