You have the right to be wrong, or not to be satisfied with the product received, and wanted to exchange or return your order.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to send an exchange request or return your order. Please note that the legal period of withdrawal is 14 working days, that klokers extends to 30 working days.
(Only for EU countries.)

Return fees at your expense. Klokers covers the shipping costs of the replacement product (if address is out of France, you will have to pay taxes and custom duties).

Send your withdrawal request or exchange product request to clientcare@klokers.com, specifying:
  • number and date of your order
  • name/reference of the product concerned
  • desired product to replace
We will send you a RMA number by return, with indications about the next steps.

All products must be returned in a perfect condition, with the original packing material in order to proceed to an exchange.

Please do not send your watch or accessories until you have received instructions from us.
IMPORTANT : For shipments of after-sales products from international zone (out of Europe)
When shipping, you must specify to the carrier that this is a TEMPORARY EXPORT FOR REPAIR.
If not, customs charges will apply: the Kinaook company cannot accept customs charges incurred when returning items, and the package will be returned to you.
