How can I be sure that the klokers key won’t accidentally become detached or be pulled off while I’m on the move?
The klokers key is a patented fixing system that has been designed to avoid such problems. We’ve carried out a lot of tests and can assure you that our system is secure and fully locked. You can trust it :-)
Where are klokers watches made?
klokers watches are made in Switzerland. Our partners who assemble the watches are in Les Breuleux (canton of Jura, Switzerland). Our watches all bear the Swiss Made label.
You announced the end of the klokers adventure and here you are?
Building on their savoir-faire and their extensive expertise in industry,
product design, branding and the digital world, the entrepreneurs have developed
a new organisation called KINAOOK, with a view to cultivating and promoting
the essence of Klokers* both in France and internationally.
*Klokers brand, patents, patterns and intangeable assets are owned by KINAAOK Company since October 2019.
Are the brand accessories compatible with each other?
Yes, all the products in the klokers collection are designed to be interchangeable. The key is the central component of the klokers ecosystem and allows you to change base with a simple movement.
Will other accessories be invented in the future?
klokers is aiming to create a complete ecosystem: watches, straps, chains and a variety of other bases for your daily life. You’ll see these new models in the future :-)
Do you have a promotional code?
We may create promotional codes for certain special events or offers. These offers are usually shared on our social networks and via our Newsletter.
Can your promotional codes be combined?
No, they can’t be combined (apart from in exceptional cases, which will be specified in the offer).
I would like to offer a klokers watch: do you offer a gift box?
This option is accessible in the product page : you just need to check the box to validate the gift box option and add it to your cart.
The gift box is available for some of our products, mainly for the combos of watch heads and straps. It costs 6€.
 
We will add a gif card in the box, so that you can write a message . 
If you send the parcel directly to the recipient, you can send us the text you want to attach to the gift to clientcare@klokers.com, specifying the number of your order, and we write it for you.
 
 
Payment
What payment methods are available on klokers.com?
You can pay on our e-shop with VISA, CB, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, E-carte bleue or Paypal. You will choose your payment method directly on the online payment platform. 
Is it possible to pay in instalments?
Yes !
Payment in 3 installments is only available for customers with a bank card issued in France. The minimum amount is € 100 and the maximum is € 2,000.
Payment cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue and American Express.
This service is offered after validation of your shopping card by our partner ALMA, who will carry out all the verification procedures, with your agreement, with your banking establishment.
In which currency can I pay for my order?
Payments are only available in Euros (€).
Is the payment secured?
When paying, you will be redirected to our online payment platform: PAYZEN is the most secure payment solution in the market. It is neither a bank nor a means of payment, but a payment platform allowing us to secure your purchase and transfer the payment order from your bank to ours. We do not have access to your bank information.
For PAYPAL payments, your transaction will be secured via PAYPAL’s own security system.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times last from 48h to 6 days, depending on the shipping address (France, Europe or International) and the type of delivery service (standard or express).

Can the product be delivered to an adress other than the billing adress ?
Yes. You can enter a shipping address during the order process!

Who are your carriers?
DPD or La Poste Colissimo for France.

Yes, we deliver worldwide except some countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Iraq.
Order
I didn’t receive a after I’d placed an order
We suggest you check your junk emails as our email may have been considered to be a spam.
If you can’t find the confirmation email, please contact our customer service department (clientcare@klokers.com) and give your name, address and the email address that you used to place your order, and your order number.
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
For technical reasons, it’s not possible to change your order online.
I changed my mine… Can I exchange the product that I’ve ordered or return it?
You have the right to be wrong, or not to be satisfied with the product received. You have 30 days after receiving your order to send an exchange request or return your order.

Warranty & repairs
How long is the guarantee period?
Our brand, “klokers®”, strives each day to bring you complete satisfaction, by delivering high-quality products.
To prove it to you and to give you even more protection against a defect in our watches, we are allowing you to benefit from a Warranty extension of one year, in addition to the 24-month legal Warranty, or a warranty lasting for 36-months.

This warranty extension automatically applies to all watches purchased on the klokers.com website.

What warranty applies to watches purchased from the former klokers company?
There are 2 cases:

1- Products purchased before 2019 on the site of the former KLOKERS company:
KINAÖÖK, new owner of the “klokers®” brand since October 2019, is not responsible for the previous commitments of the former KLOKERS company. Nonetheless, we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis, and try to satisfy you.
2- Products purchased in 2019 on the site of the former KLOKERS company:
24-month legal warranty upon presentation of proof of purchase showing the model and place of purchase forming part of the official network of stores and websites of the “klokers®” brand.
What does the warranty cover?
The Warranty covers manufacturing defects and extends to the motion function.
If something unexpected and irreparable happens during the 24- or 36-month warranty, the “klokers®” brand will replace your watch.
Beyond this Guarantee period, we will consider each situation presented to us on a case-by-case basis.

My watch is scratched: what can I do?
The glass used for our watches is made of MPMA: Methyl Polymethacrylate. If it is scratched, it can be polished to return the surface to its original condition. Contact or customer service (clientcare@klokers.com) for a repair out of guarantee.

KLOK 01 | KLOK 08 - TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
Where can I find the user manual?
You can find the user manual via this link.
You can also access it by clicking on “user instructions” in our website footer or in the product factsheet in “toolbox”.
How do I replace the battery in my watch?
As an Individual do not try to dismantle or modify the watch.
Do not remove the battery from the watch: battery replacement requires special knowledge and professional expertise.
Contact a specialized watchmaker-jeweler or the retailer where the watch has been purchased, and just give this notice.
What materials are used for KLOK-01 and 08?
The 44mm and 38 mm cases are made of 316L stainless steel.
Pin buckle is made of 316L stainless steel.
What type of movement is used in KLOK-01 and Kok 08?
The movement used (Ronda 763 E) is a high-technology Swiss Made movement (high-precision quartz movement, 1.55 V battery).
What is the size of watch heads KLOK-01 and 08?
Klok 01 is 44 mm wide and 11,5 mm high.
Klok 08 is 39 mm wide and 10 mm high.
What is the weight of watch heads KLOK-01 and 08?
The KLOK-01 watch weighs 62gr, KLOK-08 weighs 45gr.
How water-resistant is KLOK-01 and Klok 08?
klokers® watches are Water Resistant. 
This means that they are suitable for day-to-day use and can stand up to accidental splashing. However, they should not be worn in the shower or for swimming, sub-aqua diving or water sports activities. Any damage caused in these circumstances is not covered by the guarantee.
What is KLOK-01’s visual tolerance?
For any watch, the mechanical play of the cogs causes a visual shift between the hands and the indexes or the hour indexes with the minute indexes, etc. Depending on the diagram of the dials, this is particularly visible at certain times and can go up to +/- 2 minutes. This play (or offset) is essential for proper functioning of the movement.
What is KLOK-01 and 08’s time precision?
According to Ronda’s technical details: --10s./+20s. per month.
What is the life span of the KLOK-01 and KLOK 08 battery?
The battery lasts for approximately16 months
STRAPS - TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
What are klokers straps made of?
Our straps are made of real leather. Alcantara or Nylon for our textile Nato straps.
Some of our straps are made of polyurethane, also called PU: it’s a leather substitute, made of leather agglomerated with synthetic polyemers and imitating real leather.
What size are your straps?
All our straps are 230 mm long, except the double wrap strap available in 2 sizes: 320 mm (small) et 420 mm (medium).

The widths vary according to the models: 18mm, 20mm or 22mm.

How should I take care of my leather strap?
Use a gentle leather treatment to keep your strap in good condition. This will help to prevent drying and cracking. It’s preferable to remove your watch before you go to bed. Don’t expose your leather strap to water.

Note: We do our most to ensure the accuracy of the colours of the products shown on the KLOKERS website. However, computer screens vary and we cannot guarantee that your screen will display the actual colours.
