SHIPPING POLICY
Klokers products are shipped worlwide, except some countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Iraq.
DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated according to the country of destination. They are clearly indicated during the ordering process and added to the initial price of the product(s)..
Estimated shipping times: 48h to 72h, for order confirmed before 12PM, during the week.
Carrier: DHL/Colissimo.
Shipping charges : 15€.
Shipping to Europe (except Switzerland and UK)
Estimated shipping times: 3 to 6 days, for order confirmed before 12PM, during the week.
Carrier: DHL/Colissimo
Shipping charges: 20€.
Shipping to International (+Switzerland and UK)
Estimated shipping times: 3 to 6 days, for order confirmed before 12PM, during the week.
Carrier: DHL/Colissimo
Shipping charges: 30€.
Regardless of the carrier, our packages are delivered against signature.
Those delivery times are provided for information purposes only and run from the date of dispatch, and certain delays may be due to customs clearance procedures at the place of destination.
Please note that every delivery time may vary due to external factors that are beyond klokers and its carrier’s will. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.
For products purchase on pre-order, the specific delivery time wil be indicated in the product page.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
If your delivery address is in France or Europe (not including Switzerland), the price displayed in the basket on the site includes all costs.
If your delivery address is in Switzerland or outside Europe, then you will pay your order amount excluding tax, departure from France (Incoterm Delivery at Place), i.e., the VAT will be deducted from the total amount. You will then have to pay the duties and taxes in effect in your country upon receipt of your package.

klokers does not collect any VAT, import duties and/or taxes on orders delivered outside the EU. These taxes will be collected by your local government.
For more information regarding additional fees levied by your local government, we suggest that you contact your local DHL/FEDEX office or local customs office.
TRACKING ORDER
You will receive an email from the carrier informing you of the handling of your parcel, with a tracking number to track the delivery.
You may receive other email or SMS from the carrier, to give you additional information about the delivery.
